Law Firm Collaboration

ALLC specializes in litigating for our own clients, but we also team up with other law firms to provide federal litigation. We currently collaborate with several law firms to challenge USCIS’s benefits hold policy, and EB-1 denials. We also work closely with many removal defense law firms and organizations, including the Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund, to provide representation for people seeking release from custody through a writ of habeas corpus.
