Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Delayed Renewal Litigation

If you are a DACA recipient and have filed to renew your status between 120 and 150 days prior to the expiration, and you are still waiting for the renewal, we can help.

We will be filing a small group lawsuit challenging these delays and are accepting clients for this litigation. The lawsuit will be asking for the agency to immediately adjudicate the pending DACA renewal applications.

This case is only for individuals who have a pending DACA renewal application that has been pending for longer than normal, and you filed to renew that status 120-150 days prior to its expiration. If your DACA application was filed less than 120 days prior to expiration, please reach out to discuss an individual mandamus lawsuit.

The cost to participate in this case will be dependent on the total number of plaintiffs, as the total cost will be shared by all plaintiffs, but will likely range between $3,500 and $5,000 per plaintiff.
