Who Qualifies?

This service is for individuals whose DACA renewal applications have been pending longer than normal processing times and who filed their renewals 120-150 days before their current DACA status was set to expire.

If you filed your renewal application less than 120 days before your DACA status expired, contact our office to discuss whether an individual mandamus lawsuit may be appropriate for your case.

If you are a DACA recipient and have filed to renew your status between 120 and 150 days prior to the expiration, and you are still waiting for the renewal, we can help.
