Information Ariela Lake Law & Consulting collects

When you use the contact form on this website, Ariela Lake Law & Consulting (ALLC) collects the name, email address, phone number, and message content you voluntarily provide. ALLC does not use cookies for tracking, run advertising networks, or collect any information automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained solely for security and operational purposes.

Analytics and tracking

This website may use analytics tools to understand aggregate visitor behavior (such as pages visited and time on site). These tools do not collect personally identifiable information. ALLC Law does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no industry standard for doing so currently exists. No advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts are used.

How ALLC uses your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and determine whether ALLC may be able to assist you.

  • To fulfill any legal or ethical obligations that arise from your communication.

  • ALLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality notice

Do not submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive information through this website. No attorney-client relationship is formed until a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Information submitted before such an agreement may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.

Third-party services

This site uses LinkedIn for professional networking and MyCase for intake forms. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies. ALLC Law has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their practices.

Data retention

Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request and comply with applicable professional responsibility rules, after which they are securely deleted.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 18. ALLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact ALLC at arielalake@allc.law so it can be promptly deleted.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

No legal advice

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting this site, reading its content, or submitting a contact form. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information on this site without first seeking advice from a licensed attorney.

No attorney-client relationship

An attorney-client relationship with Ariela Lake Law & Consulting (ALLC) is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both you and an authorized signer of ALLC. Prior to that agreement, any information you transmit is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Unsolicited information

Any information submitted through this website before a written engagement agreement is in place is not considered confidential and does not obligate ALLC to keep it confidential, treat it as privileged, or undertake any representation. Submitting information through this site does not create any duty of representation or prevent ALLC from representing parties with interests adverse to yours.

Conflicts of interest

Contacting ALLC through this website does not preserve any conflict-of-interest rights. ALLC may currently represent, or in the future represent, parties with interests adverse to yours in unrelated matters. A formal conflicts check is conducted only after a written engagement agreement is in place.

Licensure and federal practice

ALLC attorney licensing information can be found here. ALLC focuses on federal immigration litigation and appears in federal courts throughout the country. Licensure in a particular state does not limit the ability to practice in federal courts in that or any other jurisdiction. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide state court representation in jurisdictions where ALLC is not licensed.

Accuracy of information

While the content on this website is believed to be accurate at the time of publication, the law changes and ALLC makes no warranty — express or implied — that any content is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

No guarantees

Past results described on this website do not guarantee or predict similar outcomes in future matters. Every case is unique and depends on its own facts, applicable law, and many other factors.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of ALLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent, except for brief quotations with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. ALLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

Unauthorized practice

This website is not intended to solicit representation in any matter that would constitute the unauthorized practice of law in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site should be construed as an offer to provide legal services in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unauthorized.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on information contained on this website.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Attorney advertising

This website constitutes attorney advertising under applicable professional conduct rules. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Updates to these terms

ALLC may update these Terms of Use as needed. Continued use of this website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
